Her discovery of silk-screen printing and engraving on all media was a huge revelation, and is now at the heart of her preoccupations.
Having a phobia of habits... She likes to work in a very spontaneous and random way... Christine starts with just one idea in mind and a composition of what she has imagined, and quickly deviates from it by moving her papers, out of reference points, thus creating works with unique compositions...
This way of decomposing and recomposing suits her spirit, for whom “habit” is more a source of stress than reassurance! Her inspiration is everywhere, from detail to structure, from color to light. Her eye is always on the lookout, transcribing impressions onto paper.
